Too Many Eggs on the Menu!

What the hell is with cafe breakfast menus and eggs? Every 'hot' breakfast item always includes eggs.
Eggs are great, eggs are healthy, and eggs are gooey and full of creamy flavour. But I don't particularly like them for breakfast. Somedays they are a bit too much for my poor tum tum first thing in the morning.
But, the old digestive system is happy to take on bacon, hashbrowns, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast, baked beans, haloumi, goat's cheese, spinach, ham, and whatever else can be included as breakfast option. So why can't there be options without egg that include the above? Putting together the whole thing can be so expensive - see my Amici's rant - that it's criminal.
Asking to have the meal without egg has lately been so offensive, I've been too scared to even go near the subject of what sort of black teas they might offer. And don't even start me on the quality of tea in Melbourne's cafes. Can I have this without the egg? No, but we have toast and jam or muesli. Great.
Can anyone tell me where in Melbourne (within a 6 km radius of the city)there is a cafe that offers tasty cooked breakfasts that aren't egg-centric?
